JC Montezuma is respected for his intelligent integration of design and construction management. When JC began his career working on large architectural projects for prestigious architects and interior designers, soon after, he was recognized for his distinguishing ability to fuse classical and contemporary elements.
With backgrounds in both architecture and engineering and twenty-five years of experience, JC is passionate about his work. He is recognized for his endless dedication to creating highly customized interiors, architectural details, and clean construction management. A graduate of Sucre Tech and New York University in design and construction management, he has a Master's in Sustainability at Harvard University in Cambridge, Ma. also, regularly attends the Center for Business and the Environment at Yale University.
The highest level of craft and design excellence has been reflected in an extensive number of versatile projects such as a Penthouse in 15 Central Park West, New York, a house in Little Falls NJ (design & build), a luxurious residence in Palm Beach Fl., Corporate Offices for Altum Hedge Fund on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC, Newark Airport Terminal A, Zuma Restaurant NY, and St Jones Church in Newark NJ, among others.
He has also worked as a consultant for high-end construction firms in New York, New Jersey, and Miami.
His firm provides comprehensive construction management, general construction, and sustainability consultation services.
